SHIPPING
All of our items are shipped by USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Please ensure your shipping address is correct on your order prior to submission. We cannot be held responsible for your item being shipped to an incorrect address because it was wrong on the order/PayPal. Once an item leaves our premises, our control over it is gone. You will receive a shipping notice along with tracking information once your item has shipped. If you receive an item in an unsatisfactory condition due to handling by the carrier, please take photographs of its packaging BEFORE you open the package. Once it is open, if the item inside is affected, please contact us immediately with the photographs of the damages attached. We will then start the process to replace your order.
PAYMENTS
Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept credit cards and payment through Paypal. Payment must be made before order can ship. We do not currently accept personal checks.
*All in-state orders will be charged 6% state sales tax per West Virginia law.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the item, and are only available if the product fails to perform as described and the seller is unable to provide a replacement or alternative option.
We work closely with our customers on custom orders and strive to ensure that every detail is perfect prior to shipping, therefore we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they are placed.
CUSTOM ORDERS
If you do not see the exact item you are looking for,or have an idea that you want us to complete, just let us know. We strive to work on custom orders. Once you have received your Custom Item, we reserve the right to include the item as a generally available product in our store.
RUSH ORDERS
If you need an item by a specific date, please Contact Us. Purchasing the rush fee will move your order to the front of all open orders, then it will be mailed out next business day after payment is received. This is NOT upgraded or expedited shipping! It only expedites the production of your order.
